The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers (private individuals) within the meaning of Section 13 BGB. Entrepreneurs and business customers within the meaning of Section 14 BGB have no right of withdrawal. In the case of digital content and digital services, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely under the statutory conditions.
